The Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) is one of the top leading cancer research institutes in Europe, hosting world-renowned scientists that have made significant contributions in both basic and translational aspects of cancer biology.
The goal of Dr. Eva González-Suárez´s laboratory is to understand the signaling pathways implicated in cell identity in physiological conditions, crosstalk between epitelial immune cells during cancer initiation, progression and metastasis. We have a multidisciplinary approach using mouse models, cell culture, clinical samples and molecular and cell biology techniques to translate basic research into clinically relevant results.

Criterios de evaluación
– We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral scientist holding a PhD in Cancer Biology with strong background in cancer neuroscience, cancer biology, immunity
– Certifications in animal handling and experimentation.
– Candidates must have:
• At least eight years of experience in cancer biology.
• An outstanding publication record in peer review journals.
• International experience.
• Experience working with mouse models of breast cancer, tumor immunology and brain metastasis.
• Strong technical skills in molecular and cell biology.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in manuscript writing and supervision .
• Active participation in scientific conferences.
• Experience in Science Communication.
• Experience supervisión of junior scientist.
