Call for Candidates – Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship AMMlab · INiBICA / University of Cadiz · Cadiz, Spain The Munoz-Manchado Lab (AMMlab), led by Dr. Ana Belen Munoz Manchado at INiBICA and the University of Cadiz, invites applications from highly motivated and creative researchers interested in submitting a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA-PF 2026) proposal in collaboration with our group.
Our lab conducts state-of-the-art research integrating computational omics with molecular and cellular biology approaches to uncover the genetic and transcriptional mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases. Current research lines include:
• Cell-type-specific mechanisms in Parkinson's disease and related neurodegenerative disorders
• The role of striatal circuitry in neurodegeneration
• Single-cell and spatial transcriptomics of the human brain We welcome postdoctoral researchers seeking to develop an ambitious, independent project within this framework, with access to cutting-edge infrastructure and an internationally collaborative environment.

Candidate requirements:
• PhD in Neuroscience, Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline
• No more than 8 years of full-time postdoctoral research experience at the time of the call deadline
• Fulfilment of MSCA mobility requirements
• Demonstrated interest in developing an independent and innovative research project
