FICYT maintains an active policy of improving the quality of its service, in order to achieve the maximum satisfaction of its customers. For these purposes, FICYT considers two types of clients: Promoters, those Administrations and Entities that provide the necessary funds to carry out their activities and beneficiary Customers, which are the entities and persons to which those activities are directed.
