The laboratory of Dr. Juan Miguel Redondo at the CNIC (Madrid) is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join his laboratory, on a project to investigate the molecular basis of aortic diseases.

Funding is available from Spring 2019, although the selected candidate could also apply for external funding in upcoming calls.

We are looking for independent, hard-working, and motivated researchers, with a knack for original thought and an interest in cardiovascular physiology and molecular biology.

The candidate will be selected based on:
-Publications record, particularly main authorship in high-quality journals.
-Expertise in animal models and molecular and cell biology.
-Previous experience with cardiovascular biology, microscopy, or viral vectors (not required but desirable).
-Experience abroad.
-A good command of English (required).
